TAKATOF

Wednesday 22/4 our class gathered at the ADMC auditorium to see a presentation for Takatof. Takatof is an organization that gathers volunteers to train them for helping helpless people at the time of crises. The presenter explained to us everything and told us the training that the volunteers will get, like first aid or fire fighting. Takatof is H.H sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed idea and he worked hard till this project saw the light. Takatof worked with couple of organizations and ministries and started recruiting people only for a couple of months but it has many volunteers and its looking for even more. I’m going to join Takatof for a many reasons and of course the money is not one of them because this organization don’t offer money at all but it has a more important reason which is helping the country that been taking care of us since we have been born and that is a noble reason. One of my reasons for joining Takatof is that they will teach the volunteers some things that will help me in my major next year which is Health Science.
